DAILY ROUTINE OF PATIENT

Here is the daily routine of our patients:

  • 6:00 am – 6:30 am: Wake up time with hope and a smile, followed by hygiene activities.
  • 7:00 am: Tea/Coffee Time with a Good Morning greet.
  • 7:30 am – 8:30 am: Yoga and Meditation session to soothe the soul and mind.
  • 9:00 am – 9:30 am: Nutritious breakfast.
  • 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Morning group session for sharing thoughts and receiving positive feedback. Group therapy for all.
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Special lunch for all patients, focusing on proper nutrition.
  • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Individual counselling sessions according to the treatment plan.
  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Tea time for patients, followed by outdoor activities for female patients, including games, walking, dancing, and art.
  • 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Outdoor physical and fun activities for male patients, including games, walking, dancing, and art.
  • 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Last meal of the day.
